Our one-on-one sessions provide tailored coaching to fit your specific needs and goals, offering either 12 or 16 sessions per month for maximum flexibility.

What's the difference between group & 1-on-1 sessions?

Both memberships offer customized plans based on your needs. The key difference is the environment—group sessions are shared with others, while one-on-one provides private coaching.

Do I need a membership to book sessions?

Yes, all bookings require a membership. Payments are made in-person at the gym, and you'll receive a booking link after signing up.

Can I try a class before committing to a membership?

Yes, we offer a 1-week free trial for new members to experience our group sessions before signing up.

How do I track my progress?

We use a modern app to track your performance and provide weekly insights to help you get the best results from your training.
